RETURN POLICY

 

All sales are final. Each item displays a detailed description, including size, measurements, condition, and period. . 

All possible flaws are described and showed in the pictures. All items are preloved and due to age they may have imperfections and signs of wear consistent with the age of the item. Colors may vary in their tones due to the difference in screen performance of your device.

Please request as many additional pictures of the item and as much information as required to make sure your expectations about the condition, size and quality are being met properly. For the prompt replies, contact me via Instagram @myrunwayarchive

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the delicate nature of vintage retail, My Runway Archive does not accept post-sale cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges, but we are always here to answer all your questions before and after purchasing. 

We ship from the UK. UK customers do not get taxed on their purchase. 

You will get a confirmation e-mail after your order is shipped. This e-mail will have your tracking number.

Your order is tracked and insured for its full value, and after placing, it is your responsibility to check its status in case any import charges/delivery issues should arise.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTY

 

Items are shipped from the UK and  may be subject to import taxes and customs duties.

My Runway Archive is not liable for any customs charges or delays with orders because of custom clearances at the destination.

If you reject a package from My Runway Archive because you do not wish to pay your import fees, we regrettably cannot reimburse you for any part of your order. If you are an International Customer outside of the UK please keep your import taxes and fees in mind.

If concerned, an alternative is to ship to a friend in the UK to avoid international taxes.
